First week: if it is not working for you, say so and 75% of the first month's fee is refunded. This sits on top of your rights under local consumer law.

Frequently asked questions.
How fast will I get my designs?
Most requests within two business days. Complex ones take longer, and you will know up front.
What about a whole website, or a whole app design?
Big requests get broken into pieces. You receive a solid chunk every day or two until the whole thing is done, and your subscription runs the whole way through.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No. Add as many as you like to the queue. They get done one at a time.
How do I make a request?
Through your own board, in writing, with links, documents or a short screen recording. If it can be linked to, it is fair game.
What if I don't like something?
Say what is wrong and it gets revised. If a request has been revised three times without landing, we get on a call and rewrite the brief together, so nobody burns a week.
Do you build the websites, or just design them?
Both. Design and build, delivered live. Webflow, Framer, or a custom build when the job needs one. Every site comes with editing access for your team.
What happens to the website if I cancel?
It is yours. Files, hosting access and editing access are handed over. If you would like me to keep looking after it, that is a small monthly fee agreed at handover.
How does pausing work?
Billing runs in 31-day blocks. Pause on day 21 and you keep 10 days to use later. Pausing beats cancelling if you only have one job a month.
Can I use it for a single month?
Yes. Subscribe, get the work done, pause or cancel, come back when you need more.

In the first week, yes: 75% of the first month's fee. After that, no refunds on completed work, and you can stop at any month end.
