If you're at Carrd and any claim is wrong, this is where to flag it.

The strategy is built on 24 verbatim reviews (12 Capterra at 4.6★ + 12 Product Hunt at 4.8★), 15 LLM responses across 5 models (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok — each Q1–Q3), and 4 dated source-URL screenshots (homepage + Capterra + Product Hunt product + Product Hunt reviews). Capture dates: 30 April 2026 (homepage + Claude + reviews-text), 1 May 2026 (ChatGPT/Perplexity/Gemini browser captures), 7 May 2026 (Grok via OpenRouter API + headless-Chrome screenshots of Capterra and Product Hunt). G2, GetApp, and Trustpilot blocked our automated capture at the time of mining (G2 returned 403 Forbidden, GetApp returned HTTP 500, Trustpilot returned 403 Forbidden). Review counts and ratings from those platforms are not used in any strategy claim on this audit, so they are documented as excluded with reasoning rather than substituted with unverified data. The full research record is browsable on the research page.

If something is materially wrong — a quote misattributed, a count that doesn't trace, a positioning read Carrd disagrees with — reply by email and it gets corrected.

Reply by email.

Direct, named, no form. Dropped into the audit's source record within one business day.

What to include in your reply

  • The verbatim claim — copied from the strategy page, the research page, or one of the PDF deliverables.
  • What is wrong about it — a material fact, an outdated number, a misattributed quote, a positioning read Carrd disputes, etc. Specifics over feelings.
  • What it should say instead — with a source I can cite. (Press release URL, Carrd product page, support documentation, etc.)
  • Your role at Carrd — for the correction log. ("Comms team," "Engineering manager," "CEO" — first name is fine.)

What happens next

  1. Within 24 hours — I acknowledge receipt and confirm I'll act on the flag (or ask follow-up questions if the claim isn't yet specific enough to act on).
  2. Within 48 hours of acknowledgement — the strategy and research pages are updated, and a dated correction note is appended to this page.
  3. If the correction is material — the v1 strategy is rolled forward to v1.1 (or higher) with a public changelog. The Tier 1 source record is updated. Anyone who downloaded the earlier PDF gets the updated link via the same email address.
  4. If the correction reveals a gap in the Quality Gate itself — the gate is amended and the change is logged in SecondBrain/business/rational-magic-docs/quality-gate-defamation-and-evidence.md. This has already happened once on 30 April 2026 (lawyer review and PI insurance moved from "hard gate" to "external recommendation").

What's welcome

A different read on the Hidden Enemy or Shadow Side — those are interpretive, and a counter-read from Carrd lands here on the record verbatim.

Evidence we missed — funding, valuation, employee count, product launches, anchor-tenant relationships. Send the source and it goes into the next mining cycle.
